VCE Exam Cram ("the app") is a study tool for VCE students. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What the app is

A practice and revision aid: practice questions, timed papers, automated marking and feedback, progress tracking, and a study planner. It is a study aid only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the VCAA or any school. Marking and feedback are generated automatically and can be wrong — treat them as a guide, not as an official assessment.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app, and don't use it to break the law or to cheat in a way your school or the VCAA prohibits. We can suspend accounts that do.

Plus subscription

Plus is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually in Australian dollars through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings (this opens the Stripe customer portal). When you cancel, Plus stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
We may change prices or what's included in each plan; if we do, we'll give notice before your next renewal.

Refunds and your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. If something goes wrong, email us and we'll sort it out.

Content and availability

We try to keep the app accurate and available but don't guarantee it will be error-free or always online. We may change or remove features.
